Yes, and here are your options:

• First Option: We can come out to your current home and get you an on-site estimate.
• Second Option: If it is a smaller move (2-bedroom house/apartment or less) you can email us an inventory list of the big items you need moved along with an approximate number of boxes/totes. You can also just take pictures of the items and email it to us as well.

• On the date scheduled for the estimate, a Coulee Region Moving representative will be assigned to your home. They will show up to take photos of inventory and record any vital details about your move. We will then send you an accurate estimate via email within 24 hours of meeting you.

• We accept cash, checks, Venmo, or credit/debit. A 30% down payment must be made prior to secure a moving date. The remaining balance can be paid directly after the move with cash or check, or over the phone with a credit/debit card.

• The cost of your move will be determined on an hourly basis, and by the number of movers you need with an additional truck cost. Added or subtracted time will be calculated off the estimate provided.
  • 2 Movers = $120/hour
  • 3 Movers = $180/hour
  • 4 Movers = $240/hour
  • Extra charge for Truck (but we will sort out an itemized breakdown of the costs in the estimate)
  • Hourly Minimum = 2 hours

• Contact Coulee Region Moving Services as soon as you can if your move dates have changed. We can process any changes to your plan and discuss updates. Keep in mind that your estimate may change depending on the dates you selected.

• Items that we currently do not have the equipment to move:
• Pool Tables in general or Pianos if they need to go up or down any sets of staircases.
• Items that we currently cannot move due to state law: 
• Gasoline, Explosive/Flammable Material, Weapons & Ammunition, Jewelry, Medication.

• Coulee Region Moving Services includes a minimum insurance option of $1.00 per pound per article at no additional cost. If no option is selected and notified to CRMS, this insurance will be designated to customer.
  -  Full value insurance option can be purchased for an additional 10% of the total estimated cost of the move.

• You can pack yourself, we can pack some of your belongings, or we can pack everything. Coulee Region Moving Services is here to personalize your move process and make this transition easier. 
• If you’re interested in our packing services or receiving packing advice, you can discuss options with your Coulee Region Moving Representative during your in-home estimate.

• Make sure your home is ready for the crew. Move anything off the porch and walkways that may obstruct movement of your goods out of the home. Take doors of the hinges if you know certain items will not fit through. Remove all small throw rugs from traffic areas that could cause the driver or crew to trip or slip.
• Most importantly, be present for the movers if we have questions. Try not to be doing other tasks that distract you from the short time we are there to serve you and get your move done as quickly as possible.

• Yes, you can store your items in our trucks for 1-3 days for a small fee.
